I was looking for an album cover for Wednesday Songs and came across a Gus Dirks illustration that was posted on twitter by the Barnacle Press.\u00a0 \u00a0I absolutely loved it and since it is in the public domain\u00a0 I have been using it on my site.\u00a0 \u00a0 Gus Dirks was the brother of Rudolph Dirks who did the Katzenjammer Kids.\u00a0 \u00a0I am sharing some of his works that I have discovered on the web.\u00a0 \u00a0Also I will post a link to the Barnacle Press Twitter page, it has all these amazing cartoons from the early 1900s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
